Gains Blessing From God

In the holy name of the Lord Jesus, share the testament:

I have done one tenth of the dedication but not to say I have done very well in donation truth. But God still give us blessings.

In May 2016, I have purchased a house in Kunshan. Two months later, the price for the set increased from 350 thousand to 500 thousand then to 600 thousand before purchase-limited policy. Thank God. All was from God hand. We were not intending to seek price increase.

We were not able to purchase house in Shanghai but we would like to earn a living here. Thus, it was important for us to have a house near Shanghai. After introduced by my relatives, we planned to but one in Kunshan City which is close to Shanghai. As a result, the house in my hometown was sold out with 200+thousand. The money was in bank for around several months. But one day I suddenly felt urge to purchase a house in Kunshan. After discussing, the house in Kunshan was confirmed in the second time when we went there. We began to pay back house debt in May. Then the price increases since July. At the end of that year, the policy to limit house purchasing was launched in Kunshan. The house price in my hometown only increased a bit like 50 to 60 thousand for the set with 61 square meters.

The Scripture told “A time to look for, a time to get lost; A time to preserve, a time to give up.” (Ecclesiastes 3:6”) All was mastered in the hand of God. “When I am naked from the mother’s womb, I will return to the body, and the reward is the Lord, and the Lord is also collected. The name of the Lord deserves to be praised.” (Job 1:21)
